Halle Berry has called it quits with husband of 2 years Olivier Martinez. They both cited irreconcilable differences. This would be her third divorce as she had been married twice before. In January 1993 Halle married baseball player David Justice after giving her number to the athlete through a mutually-known reporter.
Berry and Justice divorced in 1997, after the actress denied being suicidal and depressed after the split.
Halle wed her second husband songwriter Eric Benet in January 2001. They finalized their divorce in January 2005, after Benet underwent treatment for sex addiction in 2002.
In November 2005, Berry began dating French Canadian model Aubry after meeting at a Versace shoot.
She gave birth to their daughter Nahla in 2008 and they split two years later in April 2010, without ever marrying.
Halle and Martinez wed in July 2013 in a romantic ceremony at the Chateau des Conde in Vallery, France.
However she and Martinez both signed a prenuptial agreement prior to their marriage.
