FORMER MINT BOSS TO FACE CORRUPTION PROSECUTION IN THE UK




Former  Mint boss Mr. ‎Ehidiamhen Okoyomon  was given  extradition meaning -(To give up or deliver (a fugitive, for example) to the legal jurisdiction of another government or authority. To surrender (an alleged offender) for trial to a foreign state) by a
Federal highcourt in Abuja to the United Kingdom  to face corruption prosecution over his alleged role in a bribery scandal involving officials of the Central Bank of Nigeria, ‎the NSMPC and Securency International Pty of Australia. The said corrupt  act by the former MD happened in 2006-2008.
