Not long , Oluchi and I became notorious on campus , not for exhibiting bad behaviour , but for dating prominent and popular guys on campus.
I however called Oluchi's attention to Emeka's philandering ways , but Oluchi payed a deaf ear. She was simply in love , felt she had met the future father of her kids and was determined to make him stop cheating through always being there and showering him with excess love.
She pointed out that my boo Obinna on the other hand was no saint as his past escapades and notorious history with women on campus was a well known and established fact.
As expected, filled with 100 gallons of Cupid's love , I remained adamant since all I got from Obi were positive vibes, loads of care and love.
No sooner, concerned ladies in upper levels began advising us ( we were in first year remember) against dating them emphasising they weren't good boyfriend materials. We cared less and felt they wanted to ''pour sand into our garri'' ( destroy a fab relationship out of jealousy). We firmly and quickly shut them up as they sprang one after the other with buckets of advise.
We were in love, we were happy, we were active , others didn't matter, and all those telling us otherwise had intentions of dragging us to their level living miserable bored and unexciting lives.
