A California inmate filed a multi-billion dollar lawsuit against Jay Z, Beyoncé, Kanye West and more, for conspiring with the government to steal his lyrics.
Richard Dupree Jr. — who is locked up at the California State Prison in Corcoran — filed the suit on April 21, claiming that some of music's biggest stars have built their fortune off his talent.
