CONVICTED RAPISTS TO FACE LIFE IMPRISONMENT - HOUSE OF REPS SAY
The House of Representatives yesterday Tuesday March 5th approved life imprisonment for any person convicted of rape. They also approved a minimum of 20 years without an option of fine for persons convicted of gang raping anyone.
