Justin Bieber has posted an emotional response on Twitter, after photographs of him smoking what looks like marijuana were published on the internet.
The star told fans that he was "trying to be better" before he made his first public appearance since the snaps, which were taken during a hotel party in Newport Beach, California, were exposed.
