RIHANNA STEPS OUT SEMI NUDE ON THE RED CARPET

Risk taker: While Rihanna was honoured by the CFDA for taking risks with her fashion choices, it is highly unlikely they expected her to show up almost naked on Monday

Rihanna  was honoured with the Fashion Icon Award at the annual Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards on Monday and Rihanna made sure all eyes were on her during - and after - the bash in a racy sheer embellished halter dress.

Her outfit was custom made by designer Adam Selman and comprised of a total of 216,000 Swarovski crystals .
