KELLY ROWLAND AND FIANCE TIM WHITHERSPOON COORDINATE COLORS

Getting windy: Kelly Rowland enjoyed a blustery walk with Tim Witherspoon on Wednesday in New York

Kelly  Rowland was spotted on a stroll with her manager and fiance Tim Witherspoon as they both grimaced through a rather breezy afternoon.
The duo wore cordinating colors of different shades of blue.
