SIGHTS FROM THE GORGEOUS CITY CAPETOWN SOUTH AFRICA

I recently was privileged to visit the city of Cape Town South Africa with my colleagues and marveled at its beauty. I began wondering why most Nigerians opted to visit the UK or Dubai for vacations (I know because I have worked in a travel agency) instead of fully exploring African countries.
Though the weather was really cold at 13 degrees celsius, and wasn't friendly with the clothes I packed for my trip, I enjoyed the city sites a great deal with the aid of a tour bus.
What a beautiful city I gushed to myself as we went from one tourist destination to another.
At a point,  everyone wished they could relocate and settle in the city not to mention our passports were collected to prevent anyone from absconding heeeeeehe.
The highlight of the trip was when we settled to eat at a restaurant called Ocean Basket and we were served with a frying pan. My eyes literally popped. I had to pause and make sure  we were actually supposed to eat directly from it.
You will recall eating directly from a pot or pan  in African culture is considered bad manners, but the reverse was the case at the eatery.
We also visited Table Mountain a huge tourist attraction ,a vineyard and farm for special rounds of wine tasting and I almost got high lol.
A couple of days into the trip, I began longing for garri and soup ( Yea, I love my food local) and other local Nigerian delicacies.

In the end, everyone was happy , had a great time and tagged the journey a great experience indeed.
Check out more sights from the beautiful city below
