Chris Brown has been served a lawsuit by Frank Ocean's cousin Sha'Keir Duarte, stemming from a brawl that occurred between the two artists and their entourages in a Los Angeles parking earlier this year in January.
Duarte is suing Brown for unspecified damages, claiming Brown's bodyguard "Hood" badly beat him during the incident. He also claims Brown egged his bodyguard on, encouraging him to "get that n*****." Duarte says he suffered at least a dozen kicks to the body and several to the head, claiming the beat-down left him permanently disabled.
Chris Brown representatives have denied claims saying he has never hired anyone with the name Hood.
Frank Ocean has not released a statement yet.
