Gucci Mane is back (again). After nearly three weeks in a Georgia jail for violating his probation, the Atlanta rapper walked free today.
His attorney, Drew Findling told TMZ that the violation had something to do with the March 25 incident — when he allegedly hit a fan in the head with a champagne bottle — but he didn't specify in what way.
Gooch turned himself in March to face the aggravated assault charge. He was released on bond April 12, and the day after, he was arrested. Now that he's free again, however, he's expected in court this later this month. The aggravated assault case is still pending.
Meanwhile, fans and associates have kept his name in the streets. When Nicki Minaj was asked about him during a radio interview, she said he needs an intervention. And in another interview, Waka Flocka Flame said his relationship with the Burr man was strained because Gucci is jealous.
