LADY WRITES AN OPEN LETTER TO CHARLES NOVIA ''BASHING'' HIS REVIEWS

We all know movie producer and director Charles Novia for his popular and famous reviews which often appears more as a tongue-lash than indeed a review.

A lady known as Amarachi however took the pains to write an open letter to Charles Novia really sounding sarcastic lol while addressing his ''supposed reviews''

In Naija, the drama never ends lol.
Check out her open letter below

Dear Charles Novia,

I honestly do not intend to sound like you. I hope I do not come off sounding like you. So I am going to be as brief and to the point as I can.

Firstly I’d like to say welcome back. Others disappear from Nollywood and slowly sneak back in… But you? Mba!
You don’t only come back in through the door but you constantly remind us of your presence with your reviews and opinion of everything- events, people- everything!
*rme*

At least it is now noted that you are back.
Kabo-o!

Ooops!
I am supposed to go straight to the point.

What I actually intend to say is ‘CHILL’.

I mean ‘Cool Down ‘!

Mr. Novia, what you call reviews are actually a dignified kind of gossip. People do not exactly see them as reviews, we read them like we read ‘gossip’ blogs, only in this case, we are sure its from an authentic source.
Like an inside story.

I do not consider any one of them as objective reviews. By the time anyone is done reading through your review of the AMVCA, what comes to mind is ‘so upon all the money, they could not even organise an okay event’.

And what exactly was it with you and Omotola looking fat in her dress.? And normal people are supposed to see that as an objective review???
Tell me another joke!

The truth is all these reviews do not exactly separate you from those ‘mumu-film people’. You are very much a part of them no matter how much you criticise. If you want to be seen as different, issue a statement to that effect.
That is the noble thing to do.

Besides we have not forgotten the way your movies looked- that is before your disappearance.
Even if we wanted to forget. …. There is Africa Magic naaaa.

So please Oga, COOL IT!

All those people that asked you to do the AMAA review were just hungry for gossip from an insider. Those are the type you should be wary of.

All these comments about Osexy, Tontoh, Genny, Tricia Esiegbe passing across Mercy Johnson’s message at the AMVCA, AMAA, …

*yawns*

The last straw was that about actresses who take up roles where they have to shave their hair ‘plus including’ how much they earn.

Like Seriously??? *shocked*

Stop betraying your own kind.
You’re all in the same hustle o jare!
Stop pouring sand in your neighbour’s garri.
Haba!

By the way. Is it me or are you just a chauvinist?
Why do you prefer picking on women?

This is not a feminist campaign but… *scoffs*

The only thing you have successfully done is put excessive pressure on ALAM POZA. Reviewers are going to meticulously scrub through that movie … you’d better start fasting and praying … cos if it ain’t purfect brother…

*shakes head*

Ok! This is the point or I hush or begin to actually sound like you.

Again I say ‘Bienvennue’!

What else?

Err! Yes!

Invest the effort on publicizing ALAM POZA.
That would be more productive.
