The second son of the Deputy Governor of Sokoto State Luqman Mukthar Shagari, died yesterday afternoon April 18th in a horrific car accident.
The 28 year old business man was on his way to Sokoto from his base in Abuja when he lost control of his car. Luqman and his friend Ghaddaffi died instantly. Another friend of theirs who was also in the car miraculously survived the accident. Luqman's car was burnt beyond recognition. (pictured above)
Luqman is survived by a wife and a son.
