PICTURE OF THE DAY: NEPA/PHCN - WHEN WOULD THERE BE LIGHT?

The picture above is a screen shot of a 1985 Nigerian  newspaper  article with regards to blackouts, light  and NEPA issues.
Fast forward 27 years later, NEPA is now PHCN . 

Yet, some parts in Nigeria still experience immense blackout. Some  fathers, mothers, grandfathers, grandmothers, sisters and brothers have passed to the great beyond( died), children have been born, babies have grown yet  regular light and electricity is still an issue in Nigeria.
God you are our ''Oga at the top'' , intervene!!!
