Sir Elton John held an Oscar's after party which attracted very high profile celebrities.
The parties are held to draw funds for his foundation tagged ''Elton John Aids Foundation'' .
Celebrities adorned their lovely gowns, jackets , tuxedo's and blazers as usual for the event, and while some outfits were big hits, others were sadly a big miss.
