Popular American Rapper Rick Ross is reportedly being sued by a drug dealer named Rick Ross for supposedly stealing his name and using it to build a career in hip-hop.
The musician is said to have adopted the name from the drug baron who is known for running a drug empire in the 80s. The ex-convict, who was released from prison in 2009, says his name has been "exploited and misused" since he went to prison.This comes as a surprise and shocker to everyone.
I guess that is the price one pays being a celebrity.
The trial will be revisited in a Los Angeles court in August. The Ex convict had initially sued the rapper in 2010.
This battle has practically been on for years.
