According to  reports Jay Z  45 is being sued by a 21-year-old boy, who claims to be his son, but he is refusing to take a paternity test.

In a recent video footage obtained by TMZ, Jay Z was viciously attacked by his wife Beyonce's sister Solange as the trio left the Met Gala after party in New York last Monday. The 27-year-old was caught on surveillance camera lashing out wildly at her brother-in-law, 44, with both her arms and her legs, while her sister stood beside them looking curiously impassive.

A California inmate filed a multi-billion dollar lawsuit against Jay Z, Beyoncé, Kanye West and more, for conspiring with the government to steal his lyrics. 

Richard Dupree Jr. — who is locked up at the California State Prison in Corcoran — filed the suit on April 21, claiming that some of music's biggest stars have built their fortune off his talent.
