Imo state Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha has officially announced the conversion of all the Local Government and ward structures of his former party, the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) to the merger party, the All Progressive Congress (APC), as he declares that APGA has seized to exist in Imo State.
