OUESTION OF THE DAY - SHOULD SUPER RICH AND SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE BE COMPELLED TO DONATE TO CHARITY?

I am an ardent believer in the mystery of giving ,  receiving and supporting charity, but really, it takes a good heart, grace, will , understanding etc to give and support good causes and charity.
Boxing champ Floyd Mayweather is known to to show off his luxurious lifestyle on social media, buying the best exotic cars, private jets , houses etc. He lives a life of '' heaven on earth''.

With all his wealth including the 200 million dollars he earned during the fight with Manny  Pacquiao last Saturday aside endorsement deals and more money to come, many are of the opinion that he should donate some of the money to charity after reports circulated  he ordered 16 brand new exotic cars after his win , seeing his act as waste when millions are sick and hungry especially in developing continents like Africa.
An interview he did last year was dug up where he said '' Why should I donate money to Africa, what has Africa done for me?''.
This led to many criticizing him for having so much and refusing to give to charity like his counterpart Manny who just dolled out some of his prize money to charity.
My question then is  , should rich and successful people be actually compelled to give to charity against their wish?
The public are fond of criticizing super stars , celebrities and the elites for either not giving at all or enough when they themselves ( not everyone) consume their entire earnings on resolving issues surrounding them or their family alone, with the excuse of not having enough.
Even Christians are part of this pack forgetting the story of the widow's mite meaning even low income earners have the capacity to also support causes via sacrifice.
I think the society needs to understand that celebrities asides destiny  and grace work really hard for their money and should be given the liberty to spend it how they deem fit, though I don't support wastage and extravagance.
How many would actually be willing to enter a boxing ring and be thrown series of punches?
Must the rich and famous always have to give and donate, be compelled or pictured as wicked and shrewd when they choose not to ?
