SO FUNNY '' FELA SHOULD BE TAUGHT AS A COURSE IN SCHOOLS'' SINGER TEKNO SAYS

In a recent interview with Vanguard, popular ''Dance'' crooner Augustine Kelechi, popularly known as Tekno, said Fela should be taught in schools (hian ooo loool).
For a moment , I imagined  if it did happen, will the students be taught to dance in pants, smoke weed and have tons of women too, abi will that part be sieved out?

How has Fela Anikulapo Kuti influenced your music?
I wouldn’t say Fela influenced me in one way or the other. He was the root of our music. The story of Fela should be taught in our schools as part of history. When you talk about music in Nigeria,   you should talk about Fela. Even in death his legendary status lives. Fela changed ‘’our”lives entirely.
