Mel B is reportedly divorcing her husband of 8 years Stephen Belafonte after he took their daughter to America with their nanny without her knowledge or consent.
Mel and hubby are reported to have been fighting which led Stephen to pick up their three year old daughter together Madison with thier nanny to San Diego.
It was reported that Mel had left Stephen before she was rushed to hospital with stomach pains, which caused her to miss the first live show on December 13, during The X Factor final weekend.
According to Stephens brother Stephen is violent and abusive as he had previous records of battering his ex wife.
