The International Criminal Court of Justice in The Hague, has finalized plans to serve the Federal Government with charges of criminal negligence or over its inability to rescue the over 200 schoolgirls abducted in Chibok on April 14, 2014, anti-corruption crusader, Dino Melaye has said.

Melaye, who is a member of the BringBackOurGirls group, stated this yesterday during one of the group’s daily sit-outs in the nation’s capital.
According to the former lawmaker, the ICC waded into the abduction saga after he petitioned the body on 14 grounds of criminal negligence by the federal government in the bid to rescue the Chibok girls.
