This is what I term scandal of the century. X factor judge, Simon Cowell is said to be expecting a child with a New York socialite Lauren Silverman.
36 year old Lauren who is married to real estate mogul Andrew Silverman, has said that she wants to marry the star.
The couple, who have a seven-year-old son together, have been long friends with Cowell enjoying several holidays together over the past four years.
But it wasn't until Lauren, and Andrew ended their relationship that around a year ago her friendship with Cowell turned to romance, and now she is carrying his baby.
Funny thing though is that Lauren's family considers this sudden development very good news and are ecstatic about it.
Simon is said to be stunned and freaked out at the news, because he had earlier said he never wanted children.
Na wa ooh, in summary, he slept with his friends wife.
Andrew Silverman , Lauren's husband, has since filed for divorce .
