News on media sites have it that Khloe Kardashian's husband Lamar Odom is suffering from substance abuse . Lamar is said to have been on performance enhancing drugs and had checked into a facility .
Khloe was said to have hired a guard so that Lamar wouldn't check out of the rehab facility.
Khloe took to twitter expressing her disgust over reports surfacing the internet about her family as seen in her tweet above.
