J-Lo, 43, and Marc, 44, took to the stage separately to perform at the Premios Juventud 2013 - said to be the Spanish version of the People's Choice Awards.
Joining them at the event were their respective love interests, Casper Smart, 26, and Chloe Green, 22 - in her first official red carpet outing with Marc.
It must have been really awkward.
