Talented Nollywood/ Gollywood actress-Jackie Appiah was in USA over the weekend to receive an award for her excellence in Africa’s Entertainment Industry from the organizers of The Fascinating Africans Committed to Excellence (F.A.C.E.) list Awards.
Other distinguished honourees were the Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa, Dr. Carlos Lopes, Founder and CEO of the African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) Peace Anyiam-Osigwe, Founder and Publisher of The Network Journal Aziz Adetimirin, Notable Fashion Designer Korto Momolu and Founder of the African Development Foundation George Ntim.
