Fally Ipupa is a singer-songwriter from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He was part of the band of Koffi Olomidé, Quartier Latin International, from 1999 to 2006 before starting a solo career.
Fally isn't only good at entertaining and whining his very flexible waists, he also has an incredible taste in fashion.
I am not really a fan of guys who appear very prim and proper ( I need most of the attention on me lol) but Fally kills me with his awesome outfits each time he steps out.
Whether he rocks jeans, boots, blazers, suits, caps, you name it, he always stands out.
